Reservation & Cancellation Policy

Reservation Policy:

  • An advance of 100% of the net amount has to be made to confirm the booking.
  • Payment to be made within 3 – 4 days starting from the date of confirmation of reservation.
  • If payment is not received within stipulated time hotel have the right to cancel the booking.
  • All extras need to be cleared on or before check out date.

Special Instructions: As per the Government directives it is Mandatory for all the guest (Foreign Nationals , NRI’s and Indian Nationals) to provide their Photo ID with Address proof at the time of Check-In which can be in form of ‘Passport and Visa Copy, Driving License, Voter ID Card, Aadhar Card.

(Please note PAN Card is not a valid ID and cannot be accepted)

Covid vaccination certificate is mandatory to produce at the time of check in.

 

Room/Cottage Maximum Capacity:

In relation to this, please be advised to note that maximum level of occupancy per room OR cottage is 03 Adults OR 1 couple with 2 small Children below 14 yrs of age on additional charges.

(The charges will be applicable with or w/o the bed applicable for any Extra occupant from 7 years of age and above @ 2500+18% Per person)

Cancellation Policy: (Applicable for both FIT & GIT):

  • Less than 7 days prior to check in date: 100% of payment amount will be retained as a cancellation fee.
  • Less than 15 days prior to check in date: 75% of payment amount will be retained as a cancellation fee.
  • Less than 30 days prior to check in date: 50% of the advance amount will be retained as a cancellation fee.
  • More than 01 month in advance prior to check in date: Full refund the advance amount
